How do I add Paste Keyboard to my iPhone?
Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and select Paste Keyboard. Once added, hold the globe (🌐) icon on your keyboard to switch to it at any time.
Do I need to enable Full Access?
No. Paste Keyboard works without Full Access for all core features. You only need to enable it if you want to use clipboard-related extras. Even with Full Access enabled, we do not log or transmit anything you type.
Is my snippet data private?
Yes. Your snippets are stored entirely on your device. We never upload, read, or have access to any of your snippet text. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I switch between Paste Keyboard and the regular keyboard?
Tap the globe (🌐) icon in the bottom-left corner of any keyboard to cycle through your active keyboards. Hold it to see a picker and jump directly to the one you want.
Can I use Paste Keyboard in any app?
Yes — because it's a system keyboard extension, it works in every app that allows third-party keyboards, including Messages, Mail, Safari, Notes, and more.
What's included in the free version vs. Pro?
The free version includes a limited number of snippets and shows ads. Pro removes ads, unlocks unlimited snippets, and adds folder organisation. You can try Pro free for 3 days.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, tap Paste Keyboard, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I back up or sync my snippets across devices?
iCloud sync is on our roadmap. For now, snippets are stored locally. We'll notify you in an update when sync becomes available.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please contact us with a description of what happened and your iOS version. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
