Agreement

By downloading or using Paste Keyboard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paste Keyboard for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Paste Keyboard to:

• Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

Paste Keyboard and all related marks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
